Hello!
My name is Layla Burchett. I’m a Graphic Designer currently based in Salt Lake City, but I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
I know you can ask it; I always get this question. “How did you end up in Utah?” Well, since I was a little kid, I have had this dream to travel the world. Growing up, I spent many years traveling and living in various countries. During one of these periods living abroad, specifically, when I was in Barcelona (Spain), I decided to study design and signed up for a Global Design Program.
Since then, I’ve fallen in love with the creative life and invested heavily in education to improve my creative skills. And that's how I ended up in Salt Lake City - where I chose to get my AAS in Graphic Design (and enjoy the fantastic nature this place has to offer). During my time in Utah, I've worked as a creative for different industries: Food, Advertising, Fashion, and, Tech. I love to work with different people and industries, so I try to be available for a freelance project and/or contract gig here and there. After all, for seven years now, I’ve been passionate about finding a modern, creative, and timeless solution for people and companies.
